From our initial contact to follow-up communications and answering all of our questions, our experience at South Hampton Hot Tub was enjoyable and highly informative. If you are looking into getting a hot tub, make this your first stop as they have some fantastic options. You won't be disappointed.

My Hot Springs Tub had no power going to it. With the temperatures starting to drop I panicked. I called the company where I purchased the tub and had been getting it serviced but could not get anyone on the phone and did not get a call back until the following night. I decided to try Southampton Hot Tubs and I am so glad I did. Pat picked up on my first attempt at calling them. I explained what was going on and that I was worried about the tub possibly freezing if I wasn't able to get someone to come out within a couple of days to diagnose the problem. Pat told me he needed to check to see if he could get a tech out that day or the next and he'd get back to me in 30 minutes. He did! I was happily surprised when he told me a tech would be out the next morning. Dave showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running again within the hour. I highly recommend this company for responsive and friendly service. I plan on being a regular customer!
